Are you a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? ProCook is seeking a Customer Service Shift Manager to join our team and help us maintain high standards of customer care.

Your Role:

Manage a team of Customer Service Advisors during your shift, ensuring they provide outstanding service across channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate your team to exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor team performance and meet KPIs.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective resolutions.
  • Plan and assign tasks to balance workloads.
  • Conduct daily briefings to promote teamwork.
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve processes.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Computer literacy and CRM experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Customer-centric mindset and passion for service.
