Job summary

Huntress - Leeds invites applications for a Customer Service / Sales Support Team Leader based at our East Leeds office. You will lead daily operations, process orders, manage customer enquiries and coordinate deliveries to ensure smooth, accurate service.

You will support a small team, coach colleagues, and maintain CRM/ERP records while building strong relationships with customers and couriers to drive timely resolutions and excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Some line management experience.
• Experience of working in Manufacturing or FMCG.
• Good organisational and time management ability.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Competence with CRM and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries by phone and email, resolving service requests professionally and promptly.
• Processing and correcting customer, project and partner orders, maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with couriers on deliveries, re-deliveries and damage reporting.
• Managing customer service cases and project queries through to resolution.
• Chasing deliveries and keeping customers updated.
• Raising RMAs, processing credits, and submitting courier claims.
• Maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records.
• Creating quotations and processing pro-forma payments.
• Supporting the team of two and holiday meetings, conducting training/coaching.

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Support Team Leader to support daily operations - processing orders, managing customer enquiries, coordinating deliveries, and keeping our systems accurate. You'll be the link between customers, couriers and internal teams, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and communication runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
