The role involves processing orders, raising specifications, managing artworks and tooling, coordinating with Commercial and Finance, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding company standards and sustainability

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales teams to maintain high customer service.
• Be the point of contact for existing and potential customers.
• Support Commercial and Finance teams to ensure compliance.
• Maintain effective communication channels internally and externally.
• Support Business Development Managers in delivering new business.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with customers on forecasts.
• Process orders, amendments and cancellations in a timely manner.
• Raise new specifications and process artworks and tooling.
