Job summary

We Love Sales in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Assistant who can handle inquiries, resolve issues on the spot, and spot opportunities to turn conversations into sales.

You will plan your own day, work with a small local team, and earn pay that moves with your results through commission-based earnings and weekly OTE. Full training provided, no experience required, with a clear path into senior roles.

Customer Service & Sales Assistant

Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600-£750 per week

Half the job is sorting problems out, the other half is spotting an opportunity when you see one. We're after a Customer Service & Sales Assistant for our Glasgow team who can do both, someone who's as comfortable answering a tricky question as they are turning a good conversation into a sale.

Service side:

• Meeting customers in residential areas across Glasgow
• Sorting out questions and concerns on the spot, no script-reading
• Making sure people walk away happy, whether they buy anything or not

Sales side:

• Spotting when a customer's genuinely interested and following it through
• Explaining products/services in a way that actually makes sense
• Closing where it's the right fit — never pushing where it isn't
