Job summary

We Love Sales in Glasgow is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to meet customers face-to-face across the city, introduce the brand, and turn conversations into sign-ups or sales. You will manage your own appointments, stay motivated in a fast-paced environment, and learn sales and marketing from the ground up with our full training.

This full-time role offers commission-based pay (OTE £600–£750 per week) with ongoing mentorship and a supportive, Glasgow-based team.

We're expanding our Glasgow team and looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who enjoys meeting people and isn't afraid of a target. You'll be out and about across the city, representing our brand, starting conversations, and turning interest into results. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who wants to learn sales and marketing from the ground up while earning based on what they achieve.
