A leading company in Cosham, located at the beautiful Lakeside offices, is looking for a committed customer service representative. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, upselling services, and ensuring satisfaction in a contact center environment. This is an ideal role for a candidate who is experienced in customer services via the phone, webchat and emails, managing client’s needs and being able to upsell additional services (This is not a targeted sales based role)

Working Hours
Office is open 8am -6pm Monday to Friday.
You will work 8 hour shifts between these hours on a rota
