£22,000-£28,000 (age-dependent) + Fantastic Benefits

Location: Peterborough | ?? Full-time | Permanent | 35-40 hrs/week | 24/7 Shift Rota

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact during emergency situations-providing calm, clear, and professional support
• Logging and tracking requests using CRM software
• Creating accurate records and reports
• Coordinating with third-party providers, engineers, and internal teams
• Following company policies and PCI compliance procedures
• Prioritising incoming tasks and multitasking under pressure
