Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Continuous Improvement Site Leader in Witham to drive the TEOA-based transformation across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on leading TEOA deployment, coordinating resources, and ensuring tool compliance while mentoring Lean practitioners and organizing Kaizen events.

You will oversee monthly metrics, coordinate Six Sigma and Lean projects, and collaborate with plant and EMEA leadership to meet commitments and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Lead the implementation of the TEOA (Tyco Electronics Operational Advantage) methodology.
  • Coordinate with site management the resources and priorities to support deployment.
  • Comply with requirements for applying TEOA tools.
  • Lead and supervise application of some TEOA tools.
  • Hold monthly reviews with plant management and EMEA TEOA management to review deliverables and adjust deployment plan.
  • Coordinate monthly factory metrics and six sigma/lean projects.

  • Attend monthly reviews with plant and EMEA TEOA leadership; adjust plans as needed.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly factory metrics and Kaizen events.
  • Support Lean Practitioners and Apprentices/Kaizen Facilitators.

  • Carrying out and coordinating monthly factory metrics.
  • Preparation and coordination of 6 Sigma and Lean projects.
  • Support and advice for Lean Practitioner and Apprentices/Kaizen Facilitators (including talent management)
  • Identify training needs for employees on problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement tools and organize training measures.
  • Management of “cost saving” projects.
  • Ensure Monthly TEOA Metrics report.
  • Coordinate and participate in kaizen events.
  • Collaborate on internal audits.
  • Process Owner, ensure compliance with items included in the Process house as well as ensure proper maintenance and annual review.
