Volvo Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to customers, dealers and partners. You will handle inquiries about trucks, parts, services and warranties, and coordinate with dealers and service centers to resolve issues. Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms.
• Provide accurate information on VolvoTrucks products, services, parts, and warranties.
• Coordinate with dealers, service centers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Handle order processing, tracking, and follow-ups for parts and services.
• Manage and document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate teams.
• Support aftersales services, including maintenance scheduling and service updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a positive brand experience.

Shifts (days / backs):

Monday - Thursday (7am - 3.30pm) and Friday (7am - 2.30pm)

Monday - Thursday (9.30am - 6.00pm) and Friday (9.30am - 5.00pm)

As Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, dealers, and partners. You will ensure timely resolution of inquiries related to trucks, parts, services, and warranties while maintaining Volvo’s strong reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.
