BH Live Active – The Quays in Southampton is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be based at BH Live Active – The Quays and contribute to delivering excellent customer service while supporting membership sales.
The role involves handling bookings, managing memberships, and engaging with visitors to ensure a positive experience at the Quays swimming and diving complex.

BH Live is recruiting for a Customer Services Representative to join our team, you will be based at BH Live Active – The Quays on a full time, permanent basis.

Situated near Southampton Harbour, The Quays Swimming and Diving Centre is one of only four High Performance Centres for diving in the UK.
There is a 10m diving board with an 18m diving pool, with public swim sessions and swimming lessons taking place in a separate 25m main pool.
With a state-of-the-art gym complete with cardio and strength areas, group exercise classes are delivered in dedicated studios.
- Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre.
- Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets.
- Administer and maintain our membership schemes.
- Administer a booking system.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
