09:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their busy team based in Skelmersdale. The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, web and in person
• Creating and sending quotes based on information received
• Providing accurate information regarding products and services
