£24,000+ (Dependent on Experience)

09:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday

Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their busy team based in Skelmersdale. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term, full-time position within a reputable and growing company that values quality service and employee development.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Our client is looking for someone proactive, professional, and confident in managing communications face to face and across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, web and in person
  • Creating and sending quotes based on information received
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services
  • Maintaining and updating customer records on internal systems
  • Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Working closely with internal departments to support client needs
  • Meeting individual and team-based service targets
