Job summary

Biffa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our contact centre in Barlborough. You will help customers with queries, provide resolutions and deliver high-quality service in a dedicated team.

The role is office-based, permanent full-time (37.5 hours) with shifts 7:45am–5:30pm weekdays and 8am–1pm Saturdays on a rota. 25,174 per year OTE, with benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries in the contact centre and provide resolutions with excellent service.

A great opportunity to join our amazing customer services team in the waste and recycling industry.

• Customer Service Representative
• £25,174 per year
• Barlborough (Office Based)
• Permanent / Full time - 37.5 Contracted hours per week
• Shifts between the hours of 7.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday 8am – 1pm Saturdays (on a rota basis)

Working in our customer service contact centre, you will be joining a dedicated, passionate, fun and energetic team, helping customers with queries and most importantly offering them resolutions whilst delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful, but is not essential, as we will provide a comprehensive 4-week induction plan to support you.
