Job summary

Biffa is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Aylesbury for a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours). Based in our office, you will handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and help deliver outstanding service from a busy contact centre.

We value excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive, calm approach under pressure. Suitable candidates may have prior customer service experience and some familiarity with Microsoft Office.

A great opportunity to join our amazing customer services team in the waste and recycling industry.

• Customer Service Representative
• £25,174 per year
• Aylesbury (Office Based)
• Permanent / Full time - 37.5 Contracted hours per week
• Shifts between the hours of 7.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday 8am – 1pm Saturdays (on a rota basis)

Working in our customer service contact centre, you will be joining a dedicated, passionate, fun and energetic team, helping customers with queries and most importantly offering them resolutions whilst delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful, but is not essential, as we will provide a comprehensive 4-week induction plan to support you.
