Farm Boy in the United Kingdom is seeking a team member to deliver outstanding customer service and keep our department looking its best. You will help create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience and present products with care.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is required, with French a bonus, and previous retail experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties.
• Follow all corporate policies with focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
