Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join our operations team as a Customer Service & Purchasing Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, order processing, and/or purchasing - ideally in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.

If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in customer service, order processing or purchasing

- Ideally from a manufacturing, supply chain or production environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and/or inventory planning tools like AGR Inventory

- A collaborative team player who enjoys a varied role

- Acting as the main point of contact for a set customer base

- Processing customer orders and schedules accurately and on time

- Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally

- Supporting the Sales team to deliver outstanding service

- Raising purchase orders and ordering materials using AGR Inventory planning suggestions

- Maintaining accurate system data using Microsoft Dynamics 365 , Business Central, and AGR Inventory

- Preparing weekly KPI's and delivery performance reports
