Job Description
Join us as a Customer Service, Personal Banker in Guildford.

You’ll be integral in guiding and supporting our branch customers, helping them achieve their financial goals. We’ll support you to attain a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and build on your skills with full training. This role is fixed for six months, ending on 30th November 2025.
Please note, this job does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.

What you'll do
As the first point of contact, you’ll provide outstanding service in every interaction, working with high accuracy to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your daily tasks will include:

  • Having proactive conversations to understand customer needs and assist with banking requirements
  • Completing banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers
  • Explaining different banking options and services to customers
  • Identifying opportunities to promote simple financial products and collaborating with other teams for a smooth experience
