FM Conway Ltd is seeking a proactive Customer Service & Operations Coordinator for our Aggregate and Asphalt division. Based at Sevenoaks Head Office, the role handles customer calls, emails and orders, negotiates delivery windows and maintains service levels with internal teams.

It is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 6:00 to 14:30. You will be part of a values-driven company with a focus on Care, Innovation, Integrity and Excellence, enjoying benefits such as 23 days

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing roles is desirable but not essential.
• Able to handle a high volume of calls, emails and orders.
• Positive hands-on approach to fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide clear and timely updates to customers on deliveries and collections.
• Manage high volume inbound calls and enquiries.
• Assist in delivery window negotiations to improve service levels.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support service delivery.
• Plan and manage time to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
• Support the team during periods of low resource.
