About Our Client

Page Group is partnering with a global specialist in the chemicals industry, seeking a Customer Service Manager. This role will oversee an internal CS Team, driving strategy and performance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the Customer Service team (9 FTEs) to deliver world-class service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key B2B customers through transparency and clear communication.
  • Ensure customer quotations are accurate, align with expectations, and meet customer needs.
  • Support field sales with product information, availability, and pricing.
  • Manage customer orders from initiation to delivery, including quotations, processing, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to understand stock levels, lead times, and demand.
  • Regularly review processes to ensure efficiency and a positive customer experience.
  • Handle escalated customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary tools and product knowledge.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in customer service management roles.
  • Background in the chemicals industry (advantageous).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams.
What We Offer:

The Customer Service Manager role is based at our client's Leeds office, working Monday to Friday with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office). Salary ranges from £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, plus extensive benefits including private medical cover.
