Job summary

TRP Recruitment is hiring a part-time Customer Service Executive on an 8-week contract (3 days/week: Mon-Wed). The role starts in early November and is remote with training to be office-based in the first week. You will manage customer queries across channels and keep Shopify and Gorgias records up to date.

You should have e-commerce CX experience, be proficient with Gorgias and Shopify, and be able to work remotely for 3 days per week during the contract window.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience within e-commerce; fashion/homeware a plus.
• Clear, friendly written and phone communication; calm under pressure and deadline-driven.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset; comfortable triaging multiple tickets.
• Available 3 days per week for 8 weeks between November and December; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, social, phone and live chat.
• Handle end-to-end service tasks: order processing, product queries, returns, exchanges and delivery updates.
• Own case management in Gorgias: tagging, prioritising, macros, SLA adherence and escalation when needed.
• Keep Shopify orders/customer records accurate; raise refunds, exchanges and replacements.
• Flag recurring issues and share insights with the team to improve CX.

The role will be remote with training to be office-based in the first week and is looking to start at the beginning of November. You'll deliver prompt, professional support across all channels and keep their Shopify and Gorgias records accurate and up to date.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Responding quickly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, social, phone and live chat.
• Handling end-to-end service tasks: order processing, product queries, returns, exchanges and delivery updates.
