Job Description

This role is with one of Daisy Communications' brands - 4Com

Salary: £25,000
Location: Bournemouth
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers during onboarding to the 4Com Network.
  • Arrange new service installations and transfer existing services from other providers into the 4Com Network.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure a seamless installation experience for customers.
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their installation, including any delays or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills and high-level administrative abilities.
  • IT skills with a working knowledge of Windows-based packages.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, maintaining supportive relationships with colleagues and staff.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive, 'can-do' approach to tasks.
