In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining our instruments across the UK, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Provide onsite and remote support across the UK
• Communicate with all parts of the business to maintain customer satisfaction
• Grow knowledge on a variety of equipment
• Support team members in a senior role in the future
• Provide periodic weekend support for critical sites

About You

• Ability to grow your knowledge using practical skills
• Qualifications in Electronics, Chemistry to HND or equivalent
• Self-motivated with good communication and organizational skills
• Experience working on customer sites
• Passion for providing high customer satisfaction
• Flexible and reliable attitude
• Experience with X-Ray based scientific instrumentation is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
