About the role
Are you able to Install, repair and maintain our complex Market leading instrumentation across the UK?

In this role you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining our manufactured instruments across the UK, ensuring the customer satisfaction is at a high level.
What you will bring to the role:
Provide onsite and remote support across the UK
Communicate with all parts of the business to ensure customer satisfaction maintains our NP
Grow knowledge and experience on a variety of equipment through your career
Use knowledge and experience in the future to support team members in a senior role
Provide periodic weekend support for critical sites
About you:
You need to be able to grow your knowledge, using practical skills
Qualifications in Electronics, Chemistry to HND or equivalent level
Self-motivated with good communication and organisational skills
Demonstrable experience of working on customer sites.
A passion and drive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
A flexible and reliable attitude
Experience of working with X-Ray based scientific instrumentation is an advantage.
Well Developed problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Will work work with all types of people, from Professors to Directors and Support staff and Colleagues
