Squire’s Garden Centres is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Desk Supervisor to lead the desk at our UK locations. You will work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to ensure exceptional service and smooth till operations.

The role includes a rota with Mon, Wed, Fri 09:00–18:00 and alternating Tue/Thu shifts, plus alternate weekends. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and uphold the friendly, customer-focused ethos of our family-owned group.

Responsibilities

• Manning the customer service desk
• Dealing with customers as first point of contact
• Raising Stock and Credit requests
• Telephone management
• Providing advice to customers
• Managing Till operations
