About The Role

Tilia Homes has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team within the Northern Region, based in Warrington. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The main duties include:

  • Ensuring defects are remedied in line with SLAs
  • Building relationships with clients, including Housing Managers and Maintenance Managers
  • Promoting cost control and recovery on site through work specifications and contract charge adherence
  • Representing the company at corporate and handover events
  • Developing ideas to improve build quality and after-sales service
  • Planning and organising daily workloads
  • Conducting handovers, pre-sale inspections, and 12-month defect inspections on shared ownership and outright sale products
  • Specifying remedial works, allocating subcontractors, and supervising until completion
  • Preparing and submitting progress reports to the Customer Care Manager
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assessing subcontractor performance and reporting issues
  • Improving customer satisfaction ratings
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance
About You
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Good technical knowledge of housebuilding, including electrical, plumbing, and defect remediation
  • Strategic thinking and coordination skills for complex work programmes
  • Calm, professional, and patient when handling customer complaints
  • Customer service orientation and high standards in customer interactions
  • Logical evaluation and analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently across commercial and delivery functions
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
