Job description

A great team in Peebles is looking for the perfect new addition... could it be you?

They are looking for an organised and customer focused Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team. You'll be the key link between our customers, engineers, and internal departments ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.


The Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for -





  • Oversee and support all customer requirements related to post-sale and service activities




  • Process routine parts orders efficiently and accurately




  • Respond to service enquiries professionally and promptly




  • Coordinate change parts to ensure timely delivery




  • Provide a consistently smooth and responsive customer service experience



  • Office based role, with potential site visits to suppliers and manufacturers across the UK and Italy


Requirements:





  • Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills




  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset




  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)




  • Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn




  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed




  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills




Pay rate:

  • £12.60 per hour (includes paid lunch breaks)


Hours:

Core hours are between 8am and 5:30pm, with alternating early starts and finishes.
