We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team within our Exeter (Devon) Community Equipment Service
Centre.
Day to day you will spend 90% of your time on the phone, handling calls from our service users, family members and healthcare
professionals acting as the first point of contact for any queries or orders regarding our community healthcare equipment. Our
working environment is very fast paced and you will be making or receiving around 80 calls a day. You'll be working as part of an
engaged and motivated team, for a company committed to reward and recognition for a job well done.
As a healthcare equipment provider, Millbrook Healthcare work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and
aids to support people in their day to day life. Our community equipment ranges from simple walking frames and crutches to more
complex equipment such as beds, hoists and pressure care equipment.
