Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is recruiting for a full-time, fixed-term Customer Service Clerk in Doncaster. The role involves handling customer queries by email and phone, tracking deliveries, and updating records within a 37.5-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.

The successful candidate should have a customer service background, be proficient with Excel and Outlook, and ideally have WMS experience, with strong communication and attention to detail.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, fixed-term Customer Service Clerk to join our friendly and supportive team in Doncaster.
