Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Maidstone is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for NHS customers, ensuring the highest standard of service and support. The role is based on our Maidstone site and involves Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, full-time work.

The successful candidate will handle enquiries, resolve issues within guidelines, manage urgent orders, returns and complaints with empathy, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain seamless service delivery.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and professional team based at our Maidstone site, supporting our NHS Supply Chain contract. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for NHS customer, helping to ensure they receive the highest standard of service and support.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
