Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a Customer service Call handler to join their team.

The role of the Call handler is to provide excellent customer service to tenants.

The duties of this role are:

• Taking inbound calls from tenants
• Dealing with queries and complaints
• Liaising with the planing team
• Making sure all timescales are met
• Logging all repairs onto the database
• Closing down jobs
• Updating the database if necessary

The successful candidate must have experience within social housing and being in a call centre environment.
