West Lothian Leisure is hiring a Customer Service Assistant at Xcite Craigswood. The role covers reception and café duties with a guaranteed minimum 7.5 hours per week, and shifts include Fridays 09:30–15:30.

You will welcome members, handle inquiries, and support across venue areas in a lively sports and fitness setting. The role emphasizes flexible weekday/weekend availability, reliability, and a proactive, all-rounder approach.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer enquiries and provide information about services and facilities
• Ensure business areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked
• Provide general assistance and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
• Support different areas of the facility, including Reception and Café, as required
• Set up and take down sports equipment for activities and classes
• Carry out routine cleaning to maintain hygiene and presentation standards
• Deliver building tours and discuss membership options with new visitors
• Promote centre services and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
