Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a dedicated Cafe Bar Assistant to join our cafe bar team and deliver outstanding service to members and guests. You will welcome patrons, prepare beverages and light snacks, and help keep the area clean and safe.

The role requires a friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe bar area.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Provide information about the club's services and facilities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
