Job summary

SPAR Crosshouse in Kilmarnock is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our store team. You will help customers, unpack deliveries, stock shelves, and promote offers across a busy retail environment.

Flexibility is important as the role covers early mornings, evenings and weekends. Retail experience is welcomed but training will be provided to help you excel and grow within the CJ Lang & SPAR family.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus, but not essential as training is provided.
• You should be flexible to work across mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Put our customers first by providing service, help and advice.
• Unpack deliveries and re-stock the shelves.
• Actively sell and promote offers to customers.
• Serve at the Food to Go CJ's counter.
• Maintain excellent store hygiene and compliance.
