Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members in Nottingham. You will join a friendly team in a busy store, delivering essential services and helping customers on the shop floor, at the till, or during order-picking for online deliveries.

Full training is provided, with part-time hours (10 hours per week) plus regular overtime. Shifts include mid-afternoon to late evening and at least one weekend shift. Age 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Able to deliver friendly, helpful service in a fast-moving store.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.
• No prior retail experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate service on the shop floor and tills.
• Assist with keeping shelves stocked and prices/dates accurate.
• Support daily store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
