The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide excellent customer experiences by managing reception bookings, addressing inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, preparing food, and serving alcohol and soft drinks behind the bar.

You will also run our 4D Laser Arena, host escape room experiences, and manage karaoke rooms, ensuring high energy and fun.

You'll be cross-skilled across departments, helping at reception, leading games, or working behind the bar. Every day will be different!
