BP Retail is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts in a retail environment. • Full retail experience not required; online and on-the-job training provided to develop needed skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of self, colleagues, and customers per bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Promote bp offers, promotions, and loyalty schemes.
• Prepare and serve items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and stock management.
• Perform cleaning duties across store, facilities, and forecourt.

What we are looking for

Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast-paced retail environment. We don’t expect all who apply to have previous retail experience, as you will be provided with online and on the job training to support you to develop the skills and capabilities you will need to perform your role at bp.

What you will be responsible for

• Making sure that safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
• Being proactive with supporting bp’s offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt
