Circa £20,000 - £24,000 Salary (dependant on experience)

Location: NFU Mutual Huntingdon, Green Farm, Abbots Ripton, Huntingdon, Cambs, PE28 2PF
Monday – Friday 9-5.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Huntingdon Agency.

About the role:
Your role will include handling existing motor, personal and commercial insurance policies for our current customers, as well as initiating new policies for clients new to NFU Mutual.

Your role will also include customer policy administration and credit control, as well as the responsibility for the preparation of renewal documentation within the required FSA timescales.

About you:
You’ll apply your excellent, professional telephone manner to deal with any customer queries, and with your flexible approach, you’ll provide administrative support and perform other office duties as required with ‘can-do’, pro-active enthusiasm.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate which has (but not essential):

- A highly organised work ethic
- Confident and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills
- Enjoys problem solving and working as part of small team.
- A flexible and open attitude
- Good organisational skills and able to work to deadlines as required.
