Job summary

Chatsworth Farm Shop is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Christmas team. You may help on tills and counters or serve customers in our farm shop café, delivering great service to visitors.

No prior experience is essential as full training is provided. The role requires flexibility for weekends and hours between 8 and 24 per week, from October through to early January. A friendly personality and love of people are key.

Job description

Christmas is a very special time of year at Chatsworth Farm Shop and we’d love you to be part of it. As a Customer Service Assistant, you may find yourself providing great service to customers in our Christmas marquee, assisting on one of our tills and counters, or serving customers in the farm shop café.

Previous experience is not essential as we will provide full training; however, you will be able to demonstrate a passion for customer service together with an appreciation of all Chatsworth has to offer our visitors and customers. Our aim is to always offer the visitor to Chatsworth a level of customer service that exceeds expectations so this will really suit a friendly personality who thrives working with people.

We have a variety of part-time hours available, ranging from 8 to 24 hours per week, beginning in October through to early January.

The ability to work one weekend day is essential and please state your availability for work on your application.
