Job summary

One Stop in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will be central to day-to-day store operations, providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store's appearance.

With a customer-first mindset, you will help improve service on the shop floor through on-the-job coaching, contribute to a safe store, and support collaboration with colleagues

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist with shelving, stock checks and store presentation.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Follow on-the-job coaching to improve service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the store including online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines.
• Respond quickly to assistance calls or interventions on self-service checkouts.
• Ensure shifts are clocked in/out to ensure accurate pay.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• If applicable, perform day-to-day Post Office Local operations and related checks.
