As the first point of contact for visitors to the centre, you’ll play a key role in providing a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for all. Whether you’re helping with membership enquiries, guiding potential members on a tour of our facility, or supporting events and activities, you’ll ensure every interaction is a positive one.
This is a varied and active role that involves a mix of customer service, administration, operational support, and hospitality - no two days will be the same!
