What you'll be doing
As a CSA/Office Administrator, we want you to bring your previous experience to our team. You'll need to demonstrate your experience dealing with customers, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers at DLG Auto Services. You will collaborate with customers, claims, and internal teams to meet high standards and fulfill customer needs. If you enjoy staying busy, this role is perfect for you.
What you'll need
This role is a 5-day week, Monday to Friday, 40 hours, reporting to the Office Manager.
The technologies used in Body Shops are evolving daily, reshaping the vehicle repair industry. We're excited to grow our teams and are looking for enthusiastic, committed Office Administrators who are eager to be at the heart of our Auto Services business.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with the following skills:
Health and Safety standards are crucial. We ensure our teams and customers' safety at every stage, complying with industry standards, following Audatex estimates, and adhering to DLGAS procedures.
