Job summary

Tenpin in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun entertainment venue. You will help guests with reception bookings, answer questions, and support events across our Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke, and more.

You should be confident, energetic and ready to work evenings and weekends. No previous experience required—full training provided in a lively team environment.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant,you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings,answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, servingfood and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across variousdepartments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiencesto managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bringsomething new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient,proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptionalservice as your priority.
