Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun and energetic team in Scotland. You will manage bookings, answer enquiries, host events, and serve food and drinks while ensuring the centre is clean and welcoming for guests of all ages.

You should be efficient, proactive and friendly with a confident approach to customer interactions, and flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant,you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings,answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, servingfood and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across variousdepartments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiencesto managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bringsomething new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient,proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptionalservice as your priority.
