Job summary

Tenpin in Worcester is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, and keep the centre clean and welcoming.

You’ll work across departments—from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms—hosting parties and serving food and drinks. We value energy, confidence and a positive attitude, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
