Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Fort George. You will serve food and beverages, maintain service areas, and support kitchen teams to deliver a top-quality experience for those who serve. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, food service, or kitchen roles desirable (training provided).
• Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Customer-focused and a strong communicator.
• Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3+ years (security clearance required).
• Reliable transport due to site location and limited public transport.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Operate tills and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
• Support stock rotation and replenishment
• Always uphold health and safety standards
• Keeping the kitchen and back-of-house spotless
• Washing up and supporting the kitchen team
• Helping with deliveries and storage
• Managing waste disposal correctly.
