Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Gloucester is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced store team. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers on the shop floor, handle checkouts, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

This role offers 12 hours per week with a variety of shifts. No prior retail experience required, though helpful; we value attitude, reliability and teamwork, and you’ll benefit from staff discounts and colleague benefits.

Join B&M as a Customer Service Assistant at our Coney Hill store and help create a brilliant shopping experience for our customers.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our store, where you'll play a key part in keeping the shelves full, the store looking great, and customers leaving with a smile. Whether you're helping customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, or supporting at the checkouts, you'll be part of a team that keeps things running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a part time role offering 12hours per week, with a variety of shifts available.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering friendly, helpful service to customers across the store
• Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of availability
• Keeping the store clean, safe, and well presented
• Working on checkouts and handling transactions accurately
• Supporting colleagues to ensure the store runs efficiently
