Job summary

Aramark UK Defence at Kinloss Barracks is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join a busy on-site dining team. You’ll serve food and beverages, handle tills, and help keep areas clean while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role is permanent, full-time with a 5-of-7 rota. On-site parking, uniform provided, and access to extensive employee benefits and career development are included.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or food service experience desirable (training provided)
• Must be 18+
• Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3+ years (security clearance required)
• Reliable transport due to site location

• Support stock rotation and replenishment

Job description

Location: Kinloss Barracks, Kinloss IV36 3UH
Hourly Rate: £12.71 (for over 21s)
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours/week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
Shift Times: Vary between 06:30 – 22:30 on a rota basis

Aramark UK is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join our Defence team at Kinloss Barracks. This is a permanent full-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll mainly work front-of-house, supporting day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages, operating tills, keeping dining areas clean, and assisting both front and back of house. You’ll deliver excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.
