Michelin Group in Cannock is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to learn how to provide accurate, helpful support to customers while completing apprenticeship coursework.
You will work with internal teams to create work orders, schedule service appointments, and manage customer queries. GCSEs and A Levels are required, and you must be eligible to work in the UK. This is an on-site Cannock role with the Michelin Group.

Solideal-on-Site is part of the Michelin Group, delivering expert tyre fitting and maintenance services directly to industrial and materials handling customers. From warehouses to distribution centres, our work helps to keep essential operations running smoothly.
This role plays an important part in keeping our customers’ operations moving. When forklifts stop, warehouses can stall, disrupting the movement of essential goods. By supporting customers and helping to organise services effectively, you’ll contribute to keeping supply chains running while developing your confidence, knowledge and customer service skills.
