Job summary

Savers is looking for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in the UK. You’ll train in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days, and you’ll be supported by your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You’ll help customers, keep store standards high, and connect with your local community as part of a friendly, fast-paced team. Ideal candidates are brand new to retail, not currently in education, and available for full-time shifts with English

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C (Scotland National 4s).
• Not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
• No Retail Apprenticeship completed before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Support store team with day‑to‑day operations during the apprenticeship.
• Complete in-store Retail Level 2 Apprenticeship training and assessments.
