Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Customer Service Agent on a 3-month fixed-term contract in Braunton, Devon. You’ll be the first point of contact across phone, email, live chat, and social media, delivering exceptional service and guiding customers through queries and issues.

You’ll handle order issues, returns, refunds, and delivery questions, collaborate with the Distribution Centre, and share insights to help improve the customer journey.
