Help our customers' holidays get off to a fantastic start as one of our trusted Travel Money Advisors. Offering great service in our in-store Travel Money bureaus, you’ll be part of our Winning Team — where you can really make a difference.

Role Overview

You’ll be the face of Travel Money for Sainsbury's Bank, building strong relationships with customers and providing friendly service that encourages repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handling currency transactions with attention to detail.
2. Running the bureau independently most of the time, making confident decisions.
3. Delivering excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience in finance or cash handling is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate loves helping people, has a keen eye for detail, and is comfortable working with large sums of money and figures.

Shift Patterns & Requirements

Flexible shift patterns covering early, late, and weekend shifts are available. Successful candidates will need to consent to DBS and credit checks due to the role’s nature.
